Friday Night Skating is a program that spans the school year, where families and youth come to the Shack to skate and have fun with their friends.
We have AWESOME news about skating!
Skating will commence on Friday, October 13, 2006 for the 2006-2007 school year.
From 6pm-7pm, we will welcome skaters (and their parents) under the age of 10. If older youth arrive, they will not be permitted on the gym floor or in the dining room area unless accompanied by an adult guardian.
From 7-9pm, skating will be open to EVERYBODY! (ages 0-115!)
Prices:
Admission: $2.00
(everybody pays to get in)
Skates: 50 cents
Concessions: 5 cents to $1.50
Rules:
-
Skaters are welcome and encouraged to bring their own skates and rollerblades, but please be aware that those who skate out of control or without regard to others safety will be asked to remove their skates immediately.
-
This is not a babysitting service. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a guardian. Older siblings, family members, and family friends are all acceptable guardians. Please do NOT drop your young children off and come back to pick them up at 9pm.
- We do not permit outside food during public skating. This includes, but is not limited to, birthday cakes and ice cream, pizzas, party food, etc. If you would like to bring these items for a birthday, then you should call the office to schedule a party, the rates are VERY affordable.
