MIHOW Home Visitors

The Maternal Infant Health Outreach Worker (MIHOW) Program is a Starting Points program which employs parents from the local community as outreach workers and role models. Home Visitors share with families about nutrition, child health, and development, and positive parenting practices. The Home Visitors also provide links to medical and social services. It's a great way to receive support and services from a caring and approachable fellow mom!

If you are interested in meeting a home visitor or learning more about this free program contact Suzanne Smart at (304)599-5466.
